Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within 10-15 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Please note:

  1. Orders cut of time (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) and will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
  3. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t see the tracking link, please check your spam folder.
  4. For personalized orders or those requiring modifications, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will vary based on the complexity of your request.

Refound Policy

Order Exchanges

To ensure a smooth transaction, we kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for any inaccuracies in these selections. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct specifications. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
